These Return and Refund Policy outline for the use of Ribbontales website, located at www.ribbontales.in

Any missing product claims have to be supported with an unboxing video of the order. The customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box.

Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns , we do not accept returns or exchanges

Products can be requested for a return within 3 days of receiving the article.

Non-liability for shipping delays. Ribbontales uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery along with the tracking number. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time, sensitive orders, please feel free to reach our customer service team.

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 8 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non-acceptance.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
